kernel modul to export the kernel-symbol for the system-call-table pointer

in kernel version 2.6.x and some 2.4.x pachted kernels, the kernel-symbol entry for the system-call-table is missing, because of security reasons.
by loading the modul the kernel-symbol will be added.

available for kernel version 2.4.x and 2.6.x
